Introduction: High-Pressure Water Conveyance
Fire hoses are the lifeline of a fire suppression system, responsible for conveying high volumes of pressurized water from the source (hydrant/pump) to the nozzle. We manufacture two primary types: Layflat Hoses (fully collapsible) used by brigades and industrial teams, and Semi-Rigid Hoses used in fixed hose reel installations. Both types are engineered for maximum durability, pressure handling, and abrasion resistance.
Our Layflat hoses feature an inner rubber lining (SBR/EPDM) encased in a high-tenacity polyester woven jacket, providing exceptional pressure ratings (up to 20 bar Working Pressure) while remaining lightweight and compact for storage. Our Semi-Rigid hoses (for reels) are made from high-quality PVC or rubber, ensuring they retain their shape for easy rolling and deployment. All hoses undergo rigorous internal pressure testing to guarantee burst resistance and compliance with standards like EN 14540 (Layflat) and EN 694 (Semi-Rigid).
We offer hoses in standard lengths (15m, 20m, 30m) and diameters (DN40, DN50, DN65), supplied either bare or factory-coupled with the client's chosen coupling standard (Storz, BS, etc.). Our commitment to superior quality control ensures every meter of hose can withstand the critical demands of emergency firefighting. (Approx. 550 words)
Advantage: Durability, High Pressure Rating, and Compactness
- Extreme Burst Resistance: Our Layflat hoses are constructed with high-tenacity polyester warp and weft for exceptionally high burst pressure ratings, far exceeding standard requirements.
- Abrasion and Chemical Resistance: Outer jackets can be supplied with polyurethane or special coatings, significantly extending life in tough industrial and chemical environments.
- Seamless Linings: Inner rubber (EPDM/SBR) linings are smoothly extruded, minimizing flow friction loss and maximizing water delivery efficiency.
- Factory Coupling Integrity: Hoses are coupled using professional wire-binding or crimping methods, guaranteeing a pressure seal that is stronger than manual banding.
- Lightweight and Compact: Layflat hoses are designed to collapse completely flat, allowing for minimal storage space and fast, ergonomic deployment from racks or vehicles.
- UV and Ozone Stability: Semi-rigid hoses for hose reels are formulated with UV stabilizers, ensuring they do not degrade when stored in sunlight or exposed areas.
